I bought 3 JR pass yesterday for our upcoming travel to Japan next 04.10.25 I put as date of activation 04.13.25
I was tracking my JRpass with Fedex but it says estimated time of arrival would be on 04.14 and on that date we already departed.
What should I do if the JR pass does not arrive to my home before we leave?

The FedEx estimate can change along the way, and the 13th is still a good way off. To most countries we deliver in 1-2 business days so most likely it should arrive on time, though I do not know where you are located?

I am located in Queretaro Mexico.
I talked to Fedex this morning and the envelop is in customs clearance in Queretaro, they said they don´t have an specific time to free the shipment from customs because there are new regulations for Mexican government and I should wait.
I am worried because we depart next 04.10 so we just have these 3 days to receive it.
I would like to know what are my options if we don´t receive the envelop before we leave. Where can I contact your support team? is there a phone number or email address?
