Hi Kikky!
The JR Pass is valid on all the trains you list except the Fujikyu Railway Fujisan Ltd. Exp which is operated by the Fujikyu Railway company.
I should also add that the "Holiday Rapid Kawaguchiko" is a special train that is only run at weekends and public holidays, and is quite popular. I recommend you reserve seats (free with a JR Pass) for this train.
