Hi there,
The Hokkaido Pass will offer direct travel to the Shikisai No Oka - it is roughly a 20-minute walk from Bibaushi Station on the JR Furano Line. To get to Hokuryu, you'll need to take the Lilac Limited Express Train or Kamui Limited Express from Sapporo to Fukagawa, covered by the pass, where you can catch a bus to Hokuryu from the station. I'm afraid you can't book this bus ticket in advance.
You seem to be a person who enjoys the outdoors, so I'd really recommend seeing all the parks in Sapporo - despite being a very urban area, the green spaces in the city are amazing especially the central Odori Park - also, the city is famous for its ramen so it's definitely worth looking into restaurants in the area. We have ideas for a five-day itinerary here for any other destinations that you could implement in your trip.
More info on the pass can be found here.
Hope this helps!
Alexis
