First, is there any way to buy the Jr pass being in Japan?
Second, the days 7,14,21 those are continuos days I mean 7 days in a row or can be flexi days like 7 days in 2 weeks Jist the days I use the pass?
Third, is there any app of JR PASS where I can reserve trains and see routes?

Unfortunately, we do not sell JR Passes within Japan.
The Nationwide JR Pass is for consecutive day use only.
For route planning, we recommend Navitime.
Shinkansen seat reservations can be made at any JR station ticket office (Midori-no-madoguchi) or ticket machine upon arrival in Japan. Please note that online seat reservations are not currently available for passes purchased through JRPass.com.
