Hi, we arrive on terminal 3 but we are collecting the pass on terminal 2 at Narira airport. Where for we meet ?

This should be where you land upon arrival, so terminal 3 in your case. If its not on the order confirmation and you're still unsure, double check with support@jrpass.com.
