I want to have my JR pass sent to my home address, but I will be at work. Does someone need to sign for it?

Hi Deena,
Yes, there will need to be someone at home to sign for it I'm afraid. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact our support team at support@jrpass.com and they will update your delivery address.
