Day 12 Osaka to Tokyo
Day 14 Tokyo to Kamakura

Hi there,
For your itinerary I'd recommend purchasing your tickets individually, as it is likely that doing so would be your most cost-effective option, despite your whole itinerary being covered by the JR Pass.
