Is it necessary to buy the Japan Rail Pass from my country (Mexico) before I travel to Japan, or can I buy it when I arrive in Japan. Is it the same price?

Hello there,
It is no longer possible to buy the rail pass in person in Japan, so we recommend doing so ahead of time, or doing so online.
