I m planning the following trips during 2 weeks, but now sure whether any of them are included in the Pass being the best availalbe connection option..Could you please advice?
Osaka- Kyoto
Osaka- Nara
Osaka-Himeji
Shin-Kobe Station - Tokyo
Tokyo-Fuji

Hello Sofya,
All these trips are included, the only potential destination where you may need additional transport is to Fuji.
As this depends on where you visit. Fuji-san, is pretty big :)
