hi, i wonder that anyone ever use JRpass from Ibaraki airport or there is any convenient transportation from Ibaraki airport to tokyo station ?

Hi there!
Unfortunately there's no JR train going to Ibaraki Airport. Instead I would recommend taking this [express bus to Tokyo Station] which is just 500yen if you have a flight ticket.
You can then activate your JR Pass directly at Tokyo station!
