Dear Sir
I am about to buy the JR pass. I am leaving for Japan on 27th. I wanted to check how would the pass be delivered to us? Do we get a confirmation online and then exchange it somewhere or can we buy it from the Kansai airport? We need to use it to go to Shin Osaka after landing at Kansai. Would be great if you can advice asap.

You won't be able to purchase it in Japan. I would suggest contacting [email protected] as soon as possible to see if we can have it shipped to your accommodation in Japan.
