Hi,
We are thinking about ordering a JR Pass. We are from the UK but are currently in Australia doing some travels here. Can we order a pass and it be sent to the address we are staying at?
Also, we are not due to arrive in Tokyo Haneda Airport till 23:00. Will the Exchange Office still be open as well as the train lines into Tokyo?

Yes, we can send to Australia - if you select your address in Australia as part of the checkout process we will be able to send there :)
Kansai airport ticket office closes at 23:00, and also all the last bullet trains to Tokyo will have left Shin-Osaka by then. If you are lucky, you may be able to make it into Osaka by the Airport rapid train service, but the last train will leave around 23:30. I recommend you contact your hotel in Osaka for options - they may be able to recommend a bus service, put on a shuttle service for you, or at least book a flat rate taxi to come and pick you up.
