Will I be able to show a copy instead?

Hi there,
The exchange order would be useless to others as you need to show proof of your name on the papers by using your passport - if it is stolen, you'll need to refer to our Terms and Conditions and apply your specific case in reference to what we have written - please note that you won't be able to show a copy or photo of the exchange orders, you'll need the real thing.
