Is it possible to do seat reservation before the JR GREEN PASS is activated or seat reservation can be done only after pass activation. please guide

Hi there,
Seat reservations can only be made as soon as you activate your pass and set an activation date, however you can set your activation date as soon as you arrive for a future date so you can potentially start making reservations before your first train journey.
