we'll be arriving to Narita on March 29th, after pick th JR pass up will be taking the Narita Express to Tokyo and then the bullet train to Kyoto, how is the process to get the tickets to both trains with the JR Pass?

Hi there,
At Narita Station, there is a JR Travel Office, where you can take the JR Pass and make seat reservations for the Shinkansen and other JR trains including the Narita Express.
