We are arriving in Tokyo Haneda and will stay for 7 nights. We will then travel from Tokyo-Kyoto and maybe do a day trip from Kyoto to Hiroshima. We travel out of Osaka back home. Will the JR pass be worth it for this route? We don't plan on doing that many day trips.

The JR Pass would be well worth it if you visit Hiroshima, as a normal return Osaka - Hiroshima is around 21,000yen. However it would be better to just buy normal tickets if you stay in Osaka.
