I'm planning goto Tokyo to Kagoshima at 4 Sept. Can I use the JR Pass 7days (Green) for these train?

Hi Loma,
Yes, you can use the JR Pass all the way from Tokyo to Kagoshima-Chuo station. With a bit of luck you'd only have 1 transfer at Shin-Osaka station.

I had checked the train schedule for tokyo to Kagoshima-Chuo.
東京(2201 新幹線 705) - 靜岡 (0020 Overnight sleeping train) - 岡山 (0651 新幹線 601)- 鹿兒島中央(0946).
So any extra charge for these train if I use JR Green pass?

You can use this train but it is often sold out, I recommend getting reservations as soon as you can.
Standard so called Nobi Nobi seats are free. Also see:
