Unfortunately my Spanish is not good enough to give you a replay in your language.

For what I read you want to change your JR Pass from 7 days -> 14 days. This unfortunately is not possible.

You could either purchase an extra 7 day JR Pass or return the 7 day JR Pass you have now and buy a 14 day Pass.
