I've finally made the request and received JP order confirmation #2637633 which gave me a tracking number . Now the good news is that it is on its way.. The bad news is that the delivery date to my hotel in Fidji is too late March 21st and I'll be leaving on March 18th.
I've sent an email to tnt fiji which should receive the exchange voucher and deliver it to my hotel. Is there someone at JRPASS that can ask fedex to expedite this? So far the package has already left the Fedex hub at Paris CDG airport . Regards Peter65
