We should clear customs and baggage at 8:45 pm.
Is the JR Pass office/counter going to be open so that we can exchange our 14-Day JR Pass?

Hi there,
Unfortunately the JR Travel centre is open between 6:45-20:00. However, you can also activate the JR Pass at the Tourist Information Centre at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 between 6:00-23:00, but you'll need to travel to Terminal 2 first.
The nearest JR Travel office to you will be Shinagawa Station, which is open between 6:00-22:00.
