Hello! I am trying to find the JR route to get from Haneda airport to my hotel in Namba Osaka. I also have to pick up my WiFi Hotpot from JR Office as well. First time to Japan and i’m very nervous about navigating all the trains. Thanks in advanced!!! Any help is appreciated.

To route from Narita Airport - Namba (JR) is as follows:
Take the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo station. At Tokyo, transfer to the Hikari Shinkansen bound for Shin-Osaka.
At Shin-Osaka, take a local JR line to ShinImamiya station and finally use an other local train from there to JR Namba. You can walk from there to your hotel.
Note that there's a special WiFi pick-up area at the airport, details are in your confirmation e-mail.

Its not much different from Haneda.
Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho (last stop of the Monorail). There get on the JR Yamanote line to Tokyo station. From there the route is the same to Namba!
