I will be arriving Japan in late January. I need to travel from Narita Airport to Nagano, which route should I take (which is the less hassle and quickest) and can I use the Japan Rail Pass for the whole transportation?

Hi Yvonne,
Yes, you can use the JR Pass for the whole trip. The best option you have it to travel to Tokyo on the Narita Express and then use the Shinkansen bullet to Nagano. The whole trip should take around 3hrs.
