Hi, we are travelling to Japan in October and are thinking of getting a 14 day JR pass but trying to decide if it would be better to get individual rail tickets between cities and a Suica card for Tokyo.
We land at Haneda airport, are staying in The Knot Tokyo Hotel in Shinjuku for three nights, doing a bit of sightseeing around Tokyo then off gto Kyoto for seven nights with a day trip to Nara and Osaka, then off to Kanazawa for three nights then straight from Kanazawa to Haneda airport.
What would you recommend?

Hi there,
For this trip, I think your best match is just normal rail tickets. As you'd not make savings using a 14-day Japan Rail Pass.
Kind regards,
Daniel
