Wanted to know when and how can I book Hello kitty train. I am travelling tomorrow and want to take ride on 29th
Also does JR pass cover metro train usage as well?

Hi there,
You can do so at any JR ticket window. Just show the JR Pass to the staff and tell them that you want to get on the Hello Kitty Shinkansen.
The metro is not included in the JR Pass.
