Hi, I plan to buy regional pass, will land in Nagoya airport. Where can we meet to get the pass. I plan to activate it when I arrive at Kanazawa actually.

Hi there,
An exchange order of the pass should've been sent to you via FedEx already. This order can be exchanged at any major JR Operated station with a travel centre, which includes Kanazawa.
