No Response to E-mails regarding Refund (COVID19)

Hello.

The United States government ordered US citizens to not travel internationally. We are at a LEVEL 4 travel advisory. Considering the order, I would like a refund or credit for another time later in the year. I have sent about 5 Emails since Friday, but have not received a response. PLEASE RESPOND! I would certainly appreciate it.

Thank you for your message. Due to the current situation we are receiving many queries, in addition to government shutdown regulations, as a result it may take a couple of days to get a reply. We understand that these are uncertain times for everyone but please be assured that we will get back to you and have different options for rebooking or refund.

I would ask you not to contact us more than once, as it ultimately just slows everything down.
