by using Limited Express Super Hakuto
Which website that I could make the booking online ?
I come across a few website and have different train schedule

Hi there,
You'll have to activate the exchange-order in Japan for the JR Pass before you're able to reserve seats. Only JR-East offers online seat reservation on the Eki-Net site, so booking Osaka to Tottori won't be possible online, and you'll have to do this in person once you've activated the pass.
