Does the hokkaido pass have the same benefits as the japan rail pass? I did see that one part of the shinkansen is not included but we will not travel there anyway.
What do you mean with The South Hokkaido Railway, Sapporo Subway is not included? Is it included in the japan rail pass? We will probably travel from chitose airport to Sapporo. Is that included in the Hokkaido pass?
At this point I am considering either takig the all kyushu pass and then the japan rail pass or first take the japan rail pass and then go for the hokkaido pass.
We want to take the green car pass but i also wonder if its needed in Hokkaido. Do the trains have a green car in that part? We will go from asahikawa to abashiro to kushiro to chitose.
