Hakone Free Pass / Suica Card

Hi Daniel San

I would like to know:
1) Can the Hakone Free Pass be purchased at the Kansai Airport? Note that we only arriving the airport at 21:40.
2) Where can we buy the Hakone Free Pass except online purchase?
3) Is the Suica card selling in Japan the same price than purchase online?
4) If we are to buy the Suica & Hakone Free Pass online, are we receiving the physical cards or only a ticket to exchange at the counter? If we are required to exchange for the physical card in Japan (extra work), and since online purchase has courier surcharge, what is the benefits of buying online?

Hi there,

1.) No, you can get it from one of the stations mentioned on the Hakone Free Pass website.

2.) At any of the big Odakyu Stations, like Shinjuku and Odawara.

3.) Yes

4.) It will be posted.
