Hi,
we are in Japan from July 10 to July 27, starting in Tokyo and ending in Fukuoka. We would like to visit Tokyo, Nikko, Kamakura, then via Matusumoto, Okuhida, Takayama, Shirakawago and Kanazawa to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Hiroshima and Fukuoka.
Would it be worth to use Regional Passes?
Thanks,
Martina

Hi Martina,
I'd look at using a Japan Rail Pass, as you will be traveling in many regions. So a regional rail pass would not make sense. I'd look at using the 14-day Japan Rail Pass.
Kind regards,
Daniel
