We well be arriving on a leg of our honey moon on Oct12, We arrive to Narita, then immediately travel to nagoya for the night, next day we go to Suzuka for the F1 race, and return to Tokyo via Nagoya after the race.

I've already purchased our passes.

What are the trains I have to take for this trip so i can avoid, any extra cost.(I think the Shinkansen are not part of the JR Pass)?

Hi there!

Good news, all trains (including the Shinkansen) are covered by the JR Pass, so you won't have to pay anything extra!

As for what trains to take:

From Narita - Nagoya:
Take the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo station, at Tokyo station transfer to the Shinkansen bound for Nagoya.

Nagoya - Suzuka:
There are several direct train connections between Nagoya and Suzuka. Here are a couple of examples. I would recommend trying to reserve a seat for a limited express train, as these are the most comfortable but you can take a local train as well. There's not much difference in travel time.

Enjoy the Races!
Daniel
