I will be in Osaka Kanzai Airport around on 2nd November 2017 at 17.00. I would like to go to Kumamoto by speed train Shinkansen at 20.00 or any possible time after that.

Hello there,
The last possible train (Sakura 573) departs at 20:09 from Shin-Osaka using the Japan Rail Pass.
If you can't get on this one, you'd have to travel on the following morning.
