I have purchased my JR pass and understand I can use this on the narita express?
My flight lands on Sunday 7th of April 9am, and am looking to travel to shinjuku where I am staying.
Do I need to book for Narita Express?
I see from the timetable there s a train at 10:15 and 10:45, I would guess the later 10:45 is better.

Yes you can use the JR-Pass on the Narita Express directly to Shinjuku, this train does require a seat reservation which you can make the moment that you activate your JR-Pass and is free of charge.
