Hello. We are planning a trip from September 1st 2025 as follows:
1 night Osaka
5 nights Kyoto,
4 nights Hirayu Onsen
5 nights Hakone
2 nights Naoshima
2 nights in Takamatsu
8 nights in Kyushu taking in Kagoshima, Nagasaki, Ureshino an
finally back to Osaka
Can you advise about what travel passes are best please?

Based on your itinerary, I recommend the 7-day Nationwide JR Pass as the most suitable option.
