Hello! :)

My plan was to take a train from Tokyo to Hakodate, Sendai, Sapporo, one more city, and then Wakkanai, spending one day at each city/stop.

Is it possible using JR Pass? How many days would it take?

Hi there,

Yes, the whole JR Network is covered. This includes travel to Wakkanai. That said, other that bradding rides of saying you went to Wakkanai, there's not that much to do there. I believe it takes about 6-7 hours from Sapporo.

You could add Asahikawa/Furano as an extra stop.

Kind regards,
Daniel
