In August we will be travelling through Japan for 20 days with our 2 daughters. So we will be needing the Japan Rail Pass a lot :-)
I am preparing our travel plan and I can't seem to find a clear answer how we should travel from Osaka to Hakone.
Can you help me with that?

Of course! The Shinkansen station for Hakone is called Odawara. You can use the Shinkansen bullet trains directly from Shin-Osaka station to Odawara.
From Odawara, local transport will run into the Hakone Area.
