Two adults travelling. Tokyo for 5 days, Fuji 5 Lakes 2 nights, Kyoto 5 nights, Hiroshima and Miyajima for 2 nights, then Osaka for 2 nights and last night in Tokyo. Will a 14 day JR pass be enough?

thanks

Hi there,

I recommend a 14-day Nationwide JR Pass for your upcoming journey to Japan.

Your itinerary includes numerous long-distance journeys between major cities, including Tokyo, the Fuji Five Lakes region, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima, and Osaka. These journeys are efficiently covered by the Shinkansen (bullet trains), which are included in the Nationwide JR Pass.

Please refer to our blog post Traveller’s Guide to Exploring the Fuji Five Lakes.

For a smooth and reliable purchase, we recommend ordering your 14-day pass here. This ensures you receive your exchange order voucher well in advance.

We hope this information helps you plan a wonderful trip to Japan!

Kind Regards,

Mariko
