Can you please advise which route is better (more convenient, saves time, makes most sense)?
Route1:
Kyoto (3d2n) -> Mt Fuji (2d1n) -> Hakone -> Nagano (4d3n) -> Tokyo
Route2:
Kyoto (3d2n) -> Nagano (4d3n) -> Mt Fuji (2d1n) -> Hakone -> Tokyo

Alternatively, you could improve route 2: Kyoto (3d2n) -> Nagano (4d3n) -> Hakone -> Mt Fuji (2d1n) -> Tokyo
