I will arrive in Tokyo this werk. If I buy the jr pass today and send it to my hotel in Tokyo when will it arrive?
Where can I then get it activated - can I do it at any JR rail office eg shinjuku station ?

Sorry I should add is it possible to buy in Tokyo after I arrive as I read that Japan stopped offering this option during covid times thank you
