Hello! I ordered 2 JRPasses yesterday and was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, April 6.But I just received an email stating that there is a delay due to operational reasons. We will not be at the delivery address anymore as we leave our home on sunday, April 7. Can you help me with this problem? We were made to believe that it takes only 2 days to deliver. Is there a way to re-direct thr delivery?
