I am unable to find a JR bus schedule, and though there is a link on this page here (https://www.jrpass.com/blog/how-to-use-the-city-bus) to buses in the Tohoku region, it leads to a 404 missing page.
We will be visiting in January and read that there are only 3 buses running that day. Does anybody know the schedule for those buses?

I found the schedule but it is only available in Japanese. You can find it here:

It should not be too hard to understand though when you use these Kanji:
Firstly click on the tab: 時刻表 (meaning time table).
Then:
青森駅 = Aomori station
新青森駅前 = Shin Aomori station
ロープウェー駅前 Ropeway station
