Hello!
As many other concerned travelers, we are not going to Japan as we planned (next Monday). We received a few days ago our JR passes, and even though it says we can use them within 3 months from emition date (02/24/2020), our new dates are on October. We would like to know if it’s possible to change the dates so we can use them on October or we have to return them get a refund and buy new ones.
Let us know what do we have to do. Thank you!!

The JR Pass can be activated within 3 months after purchase. Should you wish to travel at a later date, then we would have to cancel your current pass and re-issue a new one. We can also provide a refund upto 1 year after your issue date. Note that the refund policy applies.
