There are two of us travelling to Japan on short notice, and we only have 2 business days before we leave.
Can we still order the JR pass? And how should we organise to receive it on such short notice? We are also doing minimal travel within Japan, mainly within a few hours of Tokyo. Is there another option?
Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Hi Rob,
Your best option is likely to buy the pass upon arrival, but do make sure first that the pass will benefit you. Usually a couple bullet train trips is enough but it may not be worth it if you stay within wider Tokyo.
