Hi Alessandra,
Yes, I recommend using the 7 day JR Pass for travel to Kyoto, Nara and back to Tokyo. The pass would help you make savings here and cover travel between all these cities.

I only have 7 nights in Japan do you think my program is ok? Hopefully I will se the cherry blossom.
