My family will be going to Japan via Osaka to Tokyo for a New Year Eve 2016 holiday and I am wondering where in Japan can my children enjoy the snowball fights and outdoor game and a fantastic New Year Illuminations and fireworks for Dec 31? Appreciate your great help!
Snowball fight and Fire works!
Japanese people spend the new years eve, hearing the bell from the buddhist temples. Fireworks do not exist on that day.
You can do snowball fight in Tsuruga city(30 minutes by train from Maibara Shinkansen station between Tokyo and Osaka ) or Nagano prefecture.
