I bought a last minute ticket and I don't have enough time to receive my Japan Rail Pass. Is it possible to ship it to my hotel in Tokyo? If I order the ticket today, when will it arrive in Japan (Considering the Christmas holiday and the new year's eve)?

Hi there,
It is hard to say for sure, as it is always busy around this part of the year. We can ship the JR Pass to your hotel in Japan but I would not expect it to arrive before 31/12, most likely later. It may only arrive on the 4th or 5th, if shipped out today.
