Will the overnight bus operator strict on allowable luggage size and volumn? eg. if my luggage size length + width + depth =106 cm and volumn = 0.035 m3, but the allowable luggage size and volumn are 100 cm and 0.027 m3, will the bus accept my luggage?

Which bus operator is it? I've taken Willer Express before, and they just had a huge empty space under the bus where they put everything. A few extra units on your luggage shouldn't make too much of a difference in that case.

I'm refer to Hankyu Express Bus.
JR West bus also have same allowable size, but do not mention about volumn.
My preference is Hankyu Express Bus since I can buy return ticket which save me a lot.
Willer Express seems do not provide the route between Osaka and Toyama.
Any other Express Bus Company available?
