I am interested to stay in kyoto on 22nd may and to return to shinjuku on 24th may earliest time possible. I will reach narita at about 3pm on the 22nd. Will there be any train for kyoto on that day? And what time is the earliest for me to return to shinjuku on the 24th?

Train service starts around 6 am in the morning and shuts down around midnight.

It is about 5 hours from Kyoto to Narita Airport, keep this in mind when planning your journey.
