Meet and Greet at Haneda before office opens

Meet and Greet, can't exchange passes for you outside of JR office hours. So it could be a nice moment to hang out and chill together, but it would not make sense to get the service to get your pass earlier.

Can we arrange to meet them at a specific time, for example, closer to when the office opens? We would appreciate the help with the passes and getting us on our way. The form to fill out asks for the flight arrival and number. That automatically puts it at the earlier time and applies the extra charge for meeting before normal hours.
