I'm planning to purchase the JR 7-day Pass.
I'll be arriving at Kansai International Airport on June 18, 2013 at 19:55 PM. I was hoping to go directly to Tokyo via shinkansen but I'm afraid the time I have from my arrival would not be enough to make it to the last shinkansen departing from shin-osaka. Would this assumption be correct?
If so, what could be the best alternative in this case?
I will be staying for a short period of 5 days (2 days Tokyo and 3 days Kyoto) so I would really like to maximize and utlize the time effectively.
